Privacy Policy
Everything on HoyoMIX Library works without an account. We never sell personal information.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookie-free and only records aggregated, anonymised data such as the page visited, referrer, country and device type.
YouTube player
When you press play, the track is loaded from YouTube's privacy-enhanced (youtube-nocookie.com) embed. From that point YouTube's own privacy policy applies to the player. Nothing from YouTube loads until you choose to play something, apart from thumbnail images.
Favourites
Tracks you mark with ♥ are stored in your own browser (localStorage). If you're signed in, the list is also saved to your account so it syncs between your devices. If you use Share playlist, the list of tracks is written into the link you share.
Accounts (optional)
If you sign in with Discord or Google, we store your account ID, the email address, name and profile picture your sign-in provider shares with us, and your list of favourite tracks. This is held by our database provider, Supabase, and used only to sync your favourites between your devices. While you're signed in, a session token is kept in your browser's localStorage.
You can delete your account and everything saved with it at any time: open the account menu at the top of any page and choose Delete account. The sign-in step itself is covered by Discord or Google's own privacy policy.
Google user data
If you choose Continue with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with HoyoMIX Library (the basic openid, email and profile permissions). We use this information only to create and identify your account and to show who is signed in, so your favourites can sync between your devices. We don't request access to any other Google data.
It is stored by our database provider, Supabase, for as long as you keep your account. We don't sell it, share it with anyone else, use it for advertising, or use it to develop or train AI or machine-learning models. You can delete it at any time with Delete account in the account menu, or by emailing team@adaptabyte.com.
HoyoMIX Library's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
